Mainstay Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Advisor to support our clients operational teams in Salisbury and Southampton. The successful candidate will work closely with the Health and Safety Manager to provide guidance and solutions to ensure work activities of employees and subcontractors are completed in a safe manner.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supporting the estate as a subject matter expert on all H&S, Fire Safety and Environmental matters and technologies within the building environment.
* Conducting accident/incident investigations and ensuring lessons learned are realised and achievable.
* Running project activities as agreed within the SHEF activities.
* Complying with all relevant Health and Safety procedures, ensuring the requirements of Health and Safety at Work act and Environmental legislation are always met and records maintained.

This role requires a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you have a passion for health and safety and are looking for a challenging role, please apply.
