Facilities Management and Health and Safety Professional

VIVO is seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operational Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide health and safety support and advice to Operational Management teams
- Conduct frequent site inspections to monitor compliance and take decisive actions where necessary
- Write and/or contribute to the contract and business monthly H&S report
- Support the health and safety audit regime to maintain BS 45001 certification
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) in Health and Safety
- Fire Risk Assessment accredited qualification (IOSH / BSC etc.)
- Membership of Association for Project Safety (APS) or Equivalent Organisation
- Chartered Member of IOSH, or working towards this
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Experience of H&S management in high-risk areas
- Good presentation and report writing skills
- Experience of chairing meetings and problem-solving
- Company car or car allowance
