About the Position

We are currently seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Avonbridge Care Home in Hamilton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent care and achieve outstanding results.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care plans, medication administration, and other relevant information.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Proficient in effective communication across all levels.

  • Successfully passed DBS screening.

  • While not mandatory, possession of an NVQ level 2 in care is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate eagerness to engage in vocational training programs, continually enhancing skills and knowledge.
  • Display initiative and autonomy.
