We are seeking an experienced Head of Assets and Sustainability to lead our Asset & Sustainability team and be part of our People First ethos.

As Head of Assets & Sustainability, you will:

  1. Develop and implement a strategy aligned to our new Corporate Plan 2030.
  2. Deliver safe and decent homes and excellent housing services through our talented teams.
  3. Develop delivery plans that meet the objectives of the business strategic priorities for asset management.
  4. Lead the Home Services transformation project.
  5. Shape the legislative and corporate plan requirements for sustainability in our approach to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.
  6. Manage all asset data held within our management system providing good quality, accurate business intelligence shaping corporate investment decisions.
  7. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and take a proactive role in projects, including effective planning and monitoring.
