Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a business plan to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the acute and community care settings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and product use.
- Execute Solventum Medical Surgical Solutions Value Proposition for 3M Negative Pressure Wound Therapy in both the Acute and Community Settings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
