Job Title: Area Sales Business ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing Solventum Medical Surgical Solutions Value Proposition for 3M Negative Pressure Wound Therapy in both the Acute and Community Settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a business plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and product use.
- Manage key accounts and opportunities through professional customer relationship management processes and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Life Science, Business, Clinical, or Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
