Vulnerable Adult Support Specialist

We are looking for a Vulnerable Adult Support Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality support services to vulnerable adults in sheltered housing developments across the city.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing a creative approach to assessing citizens' needs and identifying where additional support is required
- Providing emergency responses and tailored advice to citizens
- Assessing initial health, housing, or financial needs and making referrals to specialist agencies where required
About You:
- You must have experience in providing support to vulnerable adults and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- You should be able to work as part of a team and individually without direct supervision
- You must be able to use communication equipment and computer systems, and make appropriate referrals to other agencies
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,322 - £27,727 per year
- 36 hours per week within normal business hours

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required.
