Senior Business Development Specialist

This esteemed client, a rapidly growing business serving the global energy sector, seeks an exceptional Key Account Manager to join their dynamic team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the rental service line through developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients. With considerable experience in building successful client relationships and implementing business growth strategies, this individual will oversee all business development activities, drive demand creation, and close opportunities to increase market share.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving Revenue Growth:
- Meet agreed revenue targets within defined timeframes.
- Create and execute a structured plan to achieve targets.
- Maintain meeting and call targets.
- Ensure Salesforce is 100% up-to-date and accurate at all times.
- Promote industry-related meetings and events.
- Delivering Outstanding Client Experience:
- Efficiently transition clients to the delivery team.
- Maintain client relationships during project challenges.
- Fostering Working Relationships:
- Cultivate strong teamwork and collaboration.
- Nurture working relationships with the team.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance client understanding.

Remuneration:
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
