About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Analytics Solutions Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in helping us grow our Cloud customer base across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Cloud portfolio, including Finance ERP, EPM, and HCM.
  • Collaborate with peers across the sales cycle to achieve sales targets and deliver continued success to existing and new Cloud customers.
  • Actively maintain a depth of knowledge around competitive offerings and effectively communicate business outcomes that can be achieved through the deployment of our solutions.
  • Educate customers, partners, and Oracle staff on Oracle Cloud ERPM and Analytics solutions and value propositions.
  • Showcase the value of data, insights, and AI in driving business success.
  • Support effective handover of clients from pre-sales into implementation.
  • Contribute to customer success and reference ability.

Requirements

  • Reporting and Analytics experience across both front and back-office functions.
  • Understanding of Reporting and Analytics concepts such as ETLs, Data Warehousing, and Semantic Modelling.
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud Strategy and approach to Reporting and Analytics.
  • Strong Analytics background, preferably with an Oracle background.
  • Understanding of how AI & ML can be leveraged to improve the Analytics value proposition.
  • Experience of communicating technical capabilities and complex ideas in a succinct and business-oriented way.
  • The ability to conduct detailed discovery, account planning, and solution mapping to meet critical business needs.
  • Experience in facilitating first-class, value-based product/application presentations to enterprise customers.
  • Strong relationship building skills to develop connections across Oracle, our partner ecosystem, and our clients to build customer advocacy for Oracle and its solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience of preparing responses to complex RFPs.
