Job Overview:
The Partner Enablement and Technical Consultant role within the Technical Centre of Excellence (TCOE) team is responsible for delivering enablement for partners on various Microsoft Cloud solutions. This includes providing technical guidance and support to help partners leverage Azure and M365 to achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical enablement and pre-sales assistance to partners across all teams within Westcoast Cloud.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide strategic guidance on how to leverage Azure and M365.
- Conduct workshops, assessments, and demos to highlight the value and capabilities of Azure and M365 services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical leadership in customer meetings and pre-sales engagements.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, features, and advancements in Azure and M365, and share expertise with the team and wider organisation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring their needs are met and effectively selling through a consultative approach.
- Monitor and respond to partner inquiries using in-depth knowledge and conduct thorough research.
- Assist in additional duties outside of the primary scope of responsibilities, including cross-functional projects and internal team support.
- Experience of delivering enablement on M365 and/or Azure, Dynamics, and non-Microsoft products.
- Possess a willingness to learn and cooperate as part of a team and maintain robust technical standards.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Good communication, literacy, and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Passionate about customer satisfaction.
- Able to prioritise and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
- A logical approach to influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge.
- Coordinate regular testing of cloud vendor solutions to address faults and provide evaluations.
- Able to follow existing processes and assist in designing new ones.
- Show initiative in finding improvements.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Microsoft Certifications (AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900, AI-900 & MS-102, AZ-305).
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar field, or show equivalent work experience.
A successful candidate will be keen to adopt new skills and self-motivated to educate themselves further, and in return will receive structured support for personal development and certifications for the areas they wish to succeed.
