About the Role

CrossReach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support Manager to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of business support services across our Counselling Services in the North and West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the regional business support teams to deliver high-quality support to our counselling services and clinical teams.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure the team delivers exceptional service to all clients, staff, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
  • Improve client satisfaction and efficiency through process implementation and monitoring.

  • Proven track record in a similar environment, with experience in business development, operations management, and team leadership.
  • Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and monitor performance against expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
