The Role: Head of Quality

This is a senior leadership position that requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our quality and compliance efforts. You'll work closely with our New Product Development team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll also be responsible for leading our quality management system, HACCP, and ensuring that our manufacturing facility operates in accordance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance on food safety and quality assurance practices
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes
  • Lead the development and implementation of HACCP plans and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality improvements
