We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust. As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our renal services.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team and develop your skills in haemodialysis. You will work collaboratively with experienced staff to provide high-quality patient care and support the delivery of our renal services. The successful candidate will have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain haemodialysis skills and work collaboratively with the renal team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Support the development of our renal services and contribute to the improvement of patient outcomes.
- Work flexibly as part of the renal team and be willing to undertake a supported training programme in haemodialysis if not already experienced.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £34,600 - £43,041 per annum (inclusive of Banding), depending on experience.
