Job Title: Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading mid to large-sized projects and driving commercial and residential development projects.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects to time, budget, and quality.
  • Provide technical input to studies and designs for staff's specific area of expertise.
  • Present complex technical solutions to clients.
  • Perform quality control reviews of work developed by others.
  • Estimate engineering budgets and schedules for large projects.
About You:
  • Significant experience in UK development-related infrastructure engineering.
  • Civil Engineering degree or similar. Chartered Engineer status (MICE).
  • Detailed knowledge of drainage design, including piped systems and SuDS-based systems.
  • Experience preparing Contract Drawings and Specifications and negotiating Section 38, 278, 104, and 106 Agreements.
