Octavius Infrastructure is committed to delivering innovative solutions that support sustainable infrastructure development. We are seeking a Programme Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our electrification strategy, overseeing projects from conception to completion.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership for electrification projects, ensuring they are executed with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our electrification offering.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in programme management, preferably within the infrastructure or electrification sectors. Familiarity with electrification systems, power distribution, and infrastructure development is essential, including an understanding of relevant technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, civil engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrification systems, power distribution, and related infrastructure, including familiarity with electrical codes and standards.
  • Experience working in OLE infrastructure delivering E&P schemes.
  • Experience working in 11kv or 33kv substations.
  • Proven experience in Senior project management, especially in overseeing electrification projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
