Job Description

Pertemps is seeking a seasoned Social Worker to fill a QA Specialist position in our Liverpool office, supporting the delivery of quality assurance initiatives and driving continuous improvement in our social care services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Team Manager and/or Practice Improvement/QA role within statutory children's social work settings, with expertise in auditing, coaching, and reporting.

This role involves working closely with Social Care teams, embedding quality assurance best practices to foster a culture of improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading collaborative auditing efforts and facilitating live audits for Social Care teams
  • Designing and delivering coaching and mentoring programs to enhance staff performance and capability
  • Preparing high-quality reports and action plans to inform service improvements and strategic decision-making
  • Developing and delivering bite-sized learning opportunities to support the team's professional development and growth

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Experience in a QA or Practice Improvement role within statutory children's social work settings
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Estimated Salary: £45 per hour.
