Candidate Profile:
We are interested in hearing from therapists who possess:
  • Registered membership with UKCP or BACP. Family Therapists should also be registered with AFT, and Psychosexual Therapists must hold membership with COSRT.
  • A core qualification in counseling or psychotherapy.
  • Proficient communication skills in both English and Japanese, with bilingual-level fluency.
  • Experience in providing Individual and Couples Therapy. Additional experience in Psychosexual and/or Family Therapy is a plus.
  • Confidence in addressing a variety of clinical issues.
  • The ability to conceptualize and navigate the therapeutic journey, managing clients' concerns with insight and expertise.
  • A strong commitment to our client demographic and ongoing professional growth.
  • Professional indemnity insurance, including global coverage for online sessions.
  • High responsiveness to communications, adhering to Leone Centre’s policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with online scheduling systems is advantageous, but training and support will be provided if needed.
  • A steadfast commitment to confidentiality and a solid understanding of UK GDPR regulations.
