About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior commercial lawyer to join the Governance section of nplaw's Dispute Resolution & Governance Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert advice and representation to local authorities in all areas of commercial law.

  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial law, particularly in contracts, company/charity law, procurement, and subsidy
  • Proven ability to manage complex matters, including high-value project work
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
