Pricing Manager Job Description

POST Recruitment is seeking a talented Pricing Manager to join a prestigious global organisation based in Leeds. This role offers a 3/2 hybrid working pattern, providing the perfect balance between office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive financial and pricing responses for client RFP submissions and pitch materials.
  • Work with partners and the pitch team to establish client rate agreements.
  • Provide essential pricing support to various groups and sectors.
  • Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to inform pricing decisions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the pricing, bid, and matter lifecycle.
  • Lead client-facing fee negotiations and meetings.
  • Support the development and delivery of pricing-related projects.
  • Ensure firm-wide pricing policy compliance and conduct post-completion reviews.
  • Produce and interpret financial information for departments, partners, and fee earners.
  • Oversee and develop a small team of pricing analysts.
  • Create and deliver training materials to share best practices.
