Head of Quality Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Quality to join our team at LNDY People. As a senior member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for leading our quality management team and ensuring that all processes meet the required standards.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the company's growth and success. You will also receive a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality management team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to meet industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of quality policies
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science)
  • Proven experience as a Head of Quality or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
