Your Role: As a Showroom Host, you will serve as a friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for walk-in customers, providing seamless and enjoyable sales experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Managers in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our luxury brands and vehicle line-ups to nurture relationships with customers.
  • Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to adapt to multiple audiences and scenarios.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service while maintaining a commercial focus.
  • Recognize excellence in the luxury industry and possess a basic knowledge of our partner brands.
  • Confidently use Microsoft Office applications to support your role.
  • Interact with a wide range of people at all levels across the company, fostering strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service and administration experience, preferably in the motor industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for the luxury industry and ability to recognize excellence.
  • Basic knowledge of our partner brands.
  • Confident Microsoft Office user.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
