Job Description:
">- Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to support our fee earners in delivering exceptional legal services to clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, ensuring efficient handling of tasks and paperwork.
- Communication: Handle internal and external correspondence, including emails, letters, and telephone calls.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and draft documents from audio dictation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Financial Tasks: Assist with billing and financial processes, preparing invoices and managing payments.
- Legal Document Preparation: Prepare and amend legal documents, such as lease extensions, deeds, completion statements, and Land Registry forms.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in legal secretarial work, particularly within conveyancing.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
