Conveyancing Legal Secretary

This is a Legal Secretary Conveyancing Role that involves providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a team of Solicitors.

Key Responsibilities:- Handle domestic and commercial conveyancing cases with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Prepare a diverse range of documentation, including correspondence, conveyancing paperwork, and other relevant materials.
- Manage busy diary schedules, coordinate client meetings, and prepare necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
- Conduct Land Registry searches and obtain required documents such as Land Deeds, Transfer Deeds, and charges on Land.
- Open new client files, archive completed case notes, and maintain accurate records.
- A competitive estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.
