We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to join our prestigious law firm in South East London. As a key member of the Conveyancing team, you will provide exceptional administrative support and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing full administrative support to the Conveyancing team, including preparing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Assisting with holiday cover in the Family and Litigation departments.
  • Ensuring the efficient running of day-to-day office operations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary.
  • Ability to work effectively across different legal disciplines.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • The opportunity to work in a lovely office environment, conveniently located close to the train station.
  • An office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
