Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CDM and H&S Consultant to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering CDM and H&S consultancy services to our clients from our Leeds office.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience within the Construction Industry, specifically around the CDM Regulations. You will be able to understand the Clients' needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges, ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence in meeting their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services to existing and new clients
  • Understand and develop existing systems and processes to improve both CDM and H&S efficiency
  • Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer as required
  • Establish positive relations with existing and new Clients to gain confidence and become a trusted advocate
  • Represent Turner & Townsend in a professional and diligent manner

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience as a Principal Designer
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively plan and organise own workload
