Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ABA Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the staff, you will be responsible for:

  • Working in a High Dependency Unit on a 1:1 and small group basis with children diagnosed with autism.
  • Organising workload for pupils and delivering teaching using ABA and PECS (where appropriate).
  • Participating in regular training and development reviews with senior leaders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children with autism.
  • Knowledge of ABA and PECS.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive daily rate of £95-£105 per day, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities and the chance to work with a supportive and dedicated team.
