Role Responsibility

Our Oxfordshire Roads to Recovery Service is an integrated community drug and alcohol service that offers support to individuals across the county. You will work within a supportive team, collaborating with healthcare professionals, social services, and other agencies to provide tailored support. Your goal will be to engage hard-to-reach groups and support individuals at risk of dropping out of treatment to stay engaged and progress towards recovery.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a number of Recovery Workers to join our established team. You may have experience in the substance use sector or transferable skills and be looking for a change. Having handled a significant caseload in a busy environment, you will have an understanding of substance use and the recovery agenda. You will need to be highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible and take on a varied role.
