Job Title: Head of IT Operations

As a key member of the JD Group, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of IT Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the IT Operations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to support the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the IT Operations team to deliver IT services that meet the business needs.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
  • Manage and coordinate the escalation of urgent and complicated support issues to the correct IT teams.
  • Establish new and report on existing progress reports and performance metrics to measure IT effectiveness and productivity.
  • Provide first call support for user or site issues to include applications, desktop, and hardware devices.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex IT issues.
  • Experience in IT service management and delivery.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and standards.
