Head of Financial Operations

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Asset Management team. As Head of Asset Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring that our financial systems and processes are efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the business planning process, conducting stress tests and developing mitigations to ensure the financial sustainability of our organization.
- Responsible for the submission of regulatory, compliance, and statutory returns, including financial statements and tax returns.
- Oversee tax accounting, including VAT and Corporation Tax, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Manage the Asset Securitisation process, including property charging and component accounting.
- Lead the finance team in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
- Line management responsibility for Financial Accountant and Payments Team Leader.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, presenting financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Business planning, treasury management, and financial statement production and review experience.
- Excellent presentation skills for showing detailed financial information to senior management and board members.
- Project implementation and management experience, including user acceptance testing.
