About the Role: As a Senior Business Agility Coach, you will lead initiatives aimed at creating adaptable capabilities and agility behaviours. You will identify challenges based on insights, business priorities, and the Business Agility mission and strategy. The role requires excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities, with flexibility to adapt Agile practices to suit different contexts.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in Agile coaching or related roles, with a proven track record of working with multiple teams to solve common challenges. Relevant Agile certifications are also required.

This is a remote job opportunity with a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
