Ecommerce Operations Manager

The estimated annual salary for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as an Ecommerce Operations Manager at The Engage Partnership Recruitment will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Setting clear KPIs and targets to measure the success of ecommerce initiatives.
- Overseeing the management and optimization of our ecommerce platform(s).
- Ensuring smooth website functionality, including product listings, checkout processes, and mobile optimization.
- Monitoring website performance and implementing necessary improvements to enhance user experience.
- Leading digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing website traffic and customer behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
- Driving sales growth and revenue generation through effective online marketing and promotions.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implementing strategies to increase average order value and conversion rates.
- Prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent online customer service.
- Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
- Implementing customer feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Leading and mentoring a team of ecommerce specialists.
- Assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing ongoing training and development.
- Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for ecommerce and a drive to achieve results.
