About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technology team as a Technical Product Management Expert. We are looking for a skilled professional to support the product data management system in Syndigo and ensure its accuracy and accessibility for internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Administer and maintain the Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring it is up-to-date, secure, and optimized for efficiency.
  • User Support: Provide first-line technical support to internal users regarding user creation and the proper use of the product data management system.
  • Development: Be able to create custom attributes, amend workflows, support integration queries at an intermediate level. Work with Syndigo development/SI for advanced requirements.
  • Data Integrity: Implement measures to ensure data accuracy and consistency, conducting regular audits and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to product data management processes, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on product data quality, system performance, and user activity, offering insights for continuous improvement.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to product data management promptly and efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline product data management processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product data management or data administration, preferably in Retail.
  • Familiarity with Product Data / Information Management (PIM/PDM) systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to product data management.
