About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Trade Branch Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction, while developing and managing a small team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a small team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team deployment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to achieve business objectives and support recruitment efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a trade or retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to various locations.
