About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our branch, responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities. Your key objectives will be to:

  • Nurture Existing Customers: Develop strong relationships with our existing customers, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions to keep them satisfied and loyal.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay Ahead of the Competition: Monitor market trends, stay up-to-date with industry developments, and use this knowledge to gain a competitive edge.
  • Lead the Sales Team: Mentor and guide our sales team, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
  • Manage Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensure that all sales activities are conducted in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
