Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and progressive graduate to join our Civil Engineering team as a Construction Management Graduate. This exciting new role involves working alongside our experienced team on a range of sizeable projects, with a focus on investigating highways and crown property damage claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To investigate highways and crown property damage claims
  • Communicate with all parties involved, including clients and stakeholders
  • Establish all technical information relevant to each claim/project
  • Produce reports for claims prior to works being carried out on behalf of clients
  • Work to deadlines as directed
  • Keep the system up to date with all relevant information
  • Work with other team members to provide information and assist with any technical matters as directed
  • Feedback to other teams on completion of claims
  • Support will be given to study professional qualifications

Requirements:

  • Civil engineering/construction management degree
  • Some relevant/industry experience
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Ability to communicate on all levels
  • Full driving licence
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator
  • IT literate

Working Hours: 8:45 - 5:00pm Monday to Friday with 45 minutes lunch

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus bank holidays, an extra 16 hours of time off in lieu taken at no more than two-hour slots which equates to the total of 27 days plus bank holidays. An additional day is also given for your Birthday if it falls on a weekday.
