Construction Management Graduate Opportunity

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and progressive graduate to join our Civil Engineering team as a Construction Management Graduate. This exciting new role involves working alongside our experienced team on a range of sizeable projects, with a focus on investigating highways and crown property damage claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- To investigate highways and crown property damage claims
- Communicate with all parties involved, including clients and stakeholders
- Establish all technical information relevant to each claim/project
- Produce reports for claims prior to works being carried out on behalf of clients
- Work to deadlines as directed
- Keep the system up to date with all relevant information
- Work with other team members to provide information and assist with any technical matters as directed
- Feedback to other teams on completion of claims
- Support will be given to study professional qualifications
Requirements:
- Civil engineering/construction management degree
- Some relevant/industry experience
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to communicate on all levels
- Full driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator
- IT literate
Working Hours: 8:45 - 5:00pm Monday to Friday with 45 minutes lunch
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus bank holidays, an extra 16 hours of time off in lieu taken at no more than two-hour slots which equates to the total of 27 days plus bank holidays. An additional day is also given for your Birthday if it falls on a weekday.
