About the Role:
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
The role involves working with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice on pension scheme management. You will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to enhance scheme performance.
You will also be involved in conducting audits and reviews, as well as providing training and support to clients on best practices in pension scheme management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of pension legislation and regulatory requirements. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
