The Football Association is seeking a highly skilled Content Operations Manager to join our team. This fixed-term contract position will be responsible for managing production outsourcing and support processes across internal and external resources.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the booking of production resources, ensuring all processes, rates, and contingencies are clear and consistent.
  • Manage team accreditation requirements and serve as a central point for key organizations (UEFA/FIFA) and FA departments.
  • Evaluate and optimize existing documentation processes to ensure maximum clarity and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various brands and events.
  • Manage multiple budget lines and processes, including leading stakeholder meetings and monitoring spending.
