About the Role

In WTW's Outsourcing Business, our Admin Operations team provides a pension administration facility for clients of varying size across complex schemes. We have a diverse workforce with differing seniority levels, skill mixes, team sizes, and talent pools delivering diverse operational models, processes, and procedures.

This exciting opportunity, the Pensions Administration Manager role, requires effective communication across our lines of business and is pivotal to our business as we grow. You will be actively responsible for the pension administration service delivery for a team in our Redhill Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an enhanced and empathetic service to our clients, attending client calls and discussing member matters that require a high level of customer care.
  • Ensure the quality and performance objectives defined by WTW are met.
  • Adhere to our change, quality assurance, and operational excellence frameworks to enable a quality service.
  • Work with our Operations Manager to make commercially focused decisions influencing internal and external stakeholders on service delivery, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Team Leads conduct activities in line with our internal procedures, policies, and legislation, including industry standards.
  • Optimize team productivity and measure its performance.
  • Create a collaborative culture where processes are applied consistently within our Community, enabling teams to work flexibly and support each other.
