Lead Individual Giving Fundraiser

Percival is proud to partner with Positively UK to find a talented Fundraising Manager (Individual Giving and Events) to drive the development and implementation of their individual giving programme.

About Positively UK

Positively UK is a leading provider of peer support services for people living with HIV. Their team is dedicated to improving the quality of life of individuals affected by HIV, and they are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individual giving fundraising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Identify and optimize new fundraising opportunities to grow income for the organization.
  • Transform marketing and communication channels to reach new supporters and provide excellent stewardship to existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a range of opportunities for involvement and engagement.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in individual giving fundraising, including planning, implementing, and evaluating campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
