Executive Assistant to the President for Europe

As the Executive Assistant to the President for Europe, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the President, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. This role requires a resourceful and dutiful individual who can proactively plan and coordinate complex tasks, ensuring the President's time is utilized effectively.
This role can be offered on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week from our European HQ in Erdington. As part of this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the President to develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of their activities and proactively plan the associated resources and support required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex diary management and scheduling, ensuring necessary actions and resources are in place as needed.
- Book travel and accommodation requests for the President and occasionally for other team members.
- Produce and print documents and presentations for the President, including prioritizing legal documents that require their signature.
- Liaise with strategic partners to facilitate meetings and business actions and updates.
- Provide exemplary support to the EU Leadership Team, including the administration and organization of the EULT weekly meeting and action tracking.
- Minute take in various meetings and track actions.
- Process expenses.
- Identify opportunities for creating efficiencies within internal processes.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the President.
Requirements:
- Experience as an EA to a CEO/senior leader.
- Able to build relationships with colleagues and contacts at all levels.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Resourceful with excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
- Pro-active, communicative and able to manage work priorities effectively.
