About Our Role:

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for education? Do you have experience leading a team and driving results in a fast-paced environment?

We're seeking a talented Sales Team Leader to join our QA Higher Education team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for leading a small team of sales professionals in promoting and selling our undergraduate and postgraduate programs to students across the UK.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and SLAs
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive results
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes
  • Representing QA Higher Education at student recruitment events across the UK
  • Tracking and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement
