Job Overview
The Education Authority is seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to fill the role of Principal at our prestigious Deanby Centre Special School. As a seasoned educator, you will be responsible for driving academic excellence, fostering a culture of inclusivity, and ensuring the overall success of our students.
About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can inspire, motivate, and empower our staff to deliver high-quality education to our students. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes, enhance teacher performance, and promote a positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a clear vision for the school, aligning with the Education Authority's goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation among staff members.
- Lead the development and implementation of curriculum initiatives, ensuring alignment with national standards.
- Maintain open communication channels with parents, local authorities, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure effective management of resources, including human, financial, and physical assets.
- Monitor and evaluate school performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.
- Promote a culture of accountability, recognizing the importance of governance and leadership in achieving school success.
What We Offer

£83,456 - £96,401 per annum
