We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at CPJ Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers within the Builders Merchants/Wholesaler channel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
- Conduct quarterly account reviews with Branch Managers at leading Builders Merchants, such as MKM, Jewsons, and Travis Perkins, to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless communication across all channels.
- Provide product training and support to Branch staff, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote our products.
Our client is a market-leading blue-chip construction commodity building product manufacturer with a strong reputation for innovation and product development. They have established themselves as a major player in the industry, with a diverse product portfolio stocked in national and independent Builders Merchants throughout the UK.
