Inside Sales Specialist Opportunity

A leading Machinery Manufacturer is seeking a driven sales professional to join their Sales & Marketing team in Belfast. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively selling spares, service level agreements, warranties, maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, as well as secondary tooling to existing customers.

You will identify and capitalise on new business opportunities using historical sales data and market insights. Your key responsibilities will include developing quotes, content, and campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively sell spares, service level agreements, warranties, maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, and secondary tooling to existing customers.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities using historical sales data and market insights.
  • Develop quotes, content, and campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Manage the end-to-end order process, from sending timely and accurate quotations to entering orders on CRM and ERP systems.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the Operations and Sales teams to ensure accurate order execution.
  • Analyse customer growth opportunities and provide regular updates on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, particularly within a technical or industrial environment.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on building long-term relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently to achieve sales targets.
