About this Opportunity
We're seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to help us shape the future of learning at NFU Mutual. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team of Regional Learning Consultants, fostering an environment of growth and excellence in training delivery. You'll be responsible for overseeing the planning and resource management for the Regional Learning Consultant team, ensuring we meet customer demands and business needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and management of our Agency Learning strategy
- Lead and inspire a team of Regional Learning Consultants
- Oversee the planning and resource management for the Regional Learning Consultant team
- Ensure we meet customer demands and business needs efficiently
Requirements
- A Certificate in Learning and Development (CIPD) or its equivalent
- Coaching and/or mentoring skills - ideally accredited through formal qualification
