The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance review. The role involves line management, leadership, and ensuring effective systems are in place for stock management and audits. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure compliance with financial instructions.   1. Lead the in-patient services team, including recruitment, induction, and training.
  2. Ensure effective systems are in place for stock management, including ordering and compliance with financial instructions.
  3. Conduct audits and reviews of the department and implement action plans to improve performance.
  4. Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure compliance with financial instructions.
Requirements
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance review.
  • Ability to ensure effective systems are in place for stock management and audits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
