Key Responsibilities- Lead the surgical ward team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Line manage the in-patient services team, including training and development, recruitment, and performance reviews.
- Resolve and manage complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure Clinical Governance and risk management are embedded within daily practice.
- Registered Nurse with NMC pin and no restrictions.
- Experienced Clinical Manager, ideally from a surgical ward background.
- Experience working in a similar setting within a hospital.
