Ward Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ward Manager to join our team at Emerald Place Clinic in Horley. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team and providing high-quality care and support to young people with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the nursing team and provide clinical leadership and expertise
- Provide leadership and guidance to support a unified service and engaged workforce
- Ensure high standards are in place, followed, and improved in accordance with the Clinical Governance framework
- Utilize and supervise all nursing staff effectively
- Be an expert resource on nursing care of service users within the specialism and hold a key role in the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain a positive and collaborative environment to allow ward members to reach their potential and maximize their ability to provide high-quality care, staff welfare, and staff training
- A relevant nursing qualification
- NMC registration
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
- Relevant experience in a similar environment
- Proven track record of leadership skills
- Annual salary of £52,000 to £55,000 DoE
- Plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus
