About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Qualified Ward Manager to lead our surgical ward team at Appoint Healthcare. As a key member of our hospital management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centred care to patients undergoing a range of surgeries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the surgical ward team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Line manage the in-patient services team, including training and development, recruitment, conducting inductions, and performance reviews.
- Resolve and manage complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure Clinical Governance and risk management are embedded within daily practice.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with NMC pin with no restrictions.
- Experienced Clinical Manager, ideally from a surgical ward background.
- Experience working in a similar setting within a hospital.
