Ward Manager

A highly skilled and experienced Ward Manager is required to lead the surgical ward team at a reputable private hospital based on the outskirts of Crawley. The hospital boasts state-of-the-art facilities and offers a range of services, including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Urology, Bariatrics, Paediatrics, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the surgical ward team to deliver high-quality person-centred care to patients undergoing a range of surgeries
- Line manage the in-patient services team, including training and development, recruitment, conducting inductions, and performance reviews
- Resolve and manage complaints, ensuring effective systems are in place to manage stocks
- Conduct audits and reviews of the department, ensuring Clinical Governance and risk management are embedded within daily practice
- Registered Nurse with NMC pin and no restrictions
- Full eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 5 years' experience working in an acute environment in the UK
- Experienced Clinical Manager, ideally from a surgical ward background
